Srlaya Studio is the freelance / ZZP practice of Niko Ištuk, operated from Eindhoven, the Netherlands. [Add: registered name, address, KvK (Chamber of Commerce) number, and BTW/VAT identification number.] Contact: hello@srlaya.com.

1. Scope

These terms apply to all quotes, agreements, and services provided by Srlaya Studio, unless a separate written agreement for a specific project says otherwise.

2. Quotes and agreements

Quotes are valid for [30] days unless stated otherwise. A project begins once you confirm a written proposal. The proposal defines the deliverables, timeline, and price for that engagement.

3. Fees and payment

Work is billed at a fixed project price or an agreed day rate, exclusive of BTW/VAT where applicable. Invoices are payable within [14] days. [State any deposit, milestone, or late-payment terms.]

4. Intellectual property

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, rights to final delivered work transfer to the client on full payment. I may reference completed work in my portfolio unless you ask me not to. Third-party assets (fonts, libraries, stock media) remain under their own licences.

5. Confidentiality

I treat non-public information you share as confidential and use it only to carry out the agreed work.

6. Liability

Liability is limited to the amount invoiced for the relevant project and excludes indirect or consequential loss, to the extent permitted by law. [Confirm wording with a legal professional and your insurer.]

7. Governing law
